Barbara and Garren Shipley of Strasburg, Virginia, proudly announce the birth of their daughter, Tabitha Grace, on March 5, 2004, at the Winchester Medical Center.
Tabitha weighed 7 pounds 11 ounces and measured 21 inches.
Tabitha is the couple's firstborn.
Grandparents are Dennis and Jean Miller of Lynchburg, Virginia, and Jack and Cheryl Shipley of Limestone, Tennessee.
