Big Helper

Gracie helped make dinner tonight, so I had to snap this picture and share.

I found this recipe (I think I mentioned it in an earlier entry) that the family likes. You take refrigerated pizza dough, or frozen bread dough thawed (that's what I use). You roll it out and on one half you add thinly sliced ham. On top of that shredded cheese mixed with a little Miracle Whip. Then you fold it over and brush the top with egg, and bake.

Gracie really liked the brushing the egg on. I let her use a clean paintbrush, because I don't have on of those basting brushes. But hey, I am a working girl now--maybe I will splurge and get me one :)
