First Signs Of School

Thomas got his postcard in the mail today from school about Open House.

Poor thing is so miserable without his friends and his teachers and classroom.  He is ready for summer to be over, and to get back to his daily routine.  And, I think Gracie is too.  And, really, I am okay with that. I know I will miss both of them, but they are so much like their mama, and they thrive in an organized setting, and summer is just--not organized at all (Although I have made several attempts).

Thomas will attend Kitty's Kids again this year three days a week for the same time frame (9am-12noon). It looks like at least one of his teachers has changed. We had assumed thought Mrs. Tammy & Mrs. Leslie would be doing the three day a week class as they did last year, but it looks like things are changing up. I think Thomas will be fine with the change though, he is my "people person," and he will recognize Ms. Kim from last year.  She and Ms. Gina did the 4 day a week preschool class and all classes played at the same time and did a lot of the same activities together.
