Show & Tell Letter "Y"
Show and tell Letter Y, We are almost through the alphabet!!! (And I think I get a sticker medal for helping him find a car/vehicle related item for almost every letter of the alphabet --P was chosen for us, we skipped "Q")
Y is for YELLOW School Bus!
(Yeah, I cheated a little here, I would love to know what vehicle you would have done for "Y" and Grace helped me out a bit by suggesting "Yellow Car")Show a n d tell letter y
Today I'm continuing on with my group of show and tell posts with my Show and Tell Letter Y ideas.
When you yourself have a preschooler would you letter of the week show and tell then you'll probably find this post helpful as a number of the weeks are harder than others. If you're certainly one of my readers who reads mostly for sewing or crafts don't worry. I promise over another couple of weeks that I will undoubtedly be mixing in regular posts with one of these as I work my way through the alphabet (backwards).
GENERAL SHOW AND TELL TIPS:
- Look during your kid's stuffed animals and action figures. Sometimes you can find a character whose name starts with the letter that you need.
- Look during your child's books. You may find a book with a name that begins with the letter that you might want
- When everything else fails have your kiddo take in an alphabet block with the letter about it or perhaps a an alphabet letter magnet.
- My son once took in an image he colored from the coloring book. The picture was of a thing that started with the letter of the week and he loved showing off his artwork during share time.
Like that you won't forget and scramble to locate something in your car or truck while you wait in the disappear line for school. Yes, yes that did occur to me. Don't be me. You're better than that!
