Kindergarten Graduation

What do you do when your child's school doesn't have a Kindergarten graduation?!

You beg the teacher to let you plan and implement one!

Have I mentioned how much I love Mrs. Naff?!!

Being the room mom has its perks, but it can also backfire a little.

I thought: how hard could it be to make 22 mortar boards?! 6-8 hours later, I now know. But it was all worth it!

With some help from Grace and co-room mom we made it a special day for our special little graduates!

Garren helped me make a CD of "Pomp & Circumstance," the kids had mortar boards and faux diplomas and after much encouragement Mrs. Naff handled the ceremony like a champ.

I was one super proud (and exhausted) mama!
