Curves Update
In April I decided to start working out at Curves for women. I have always been a large person, and I decided that I want to be healthy for myself and my family--and I don't want to hide from family pictures any more. After all, I have a great new reason to be in every picture I can.
I love the workout, the staff and my new energy!!! I lost so much weight while I was pregnant, and looked awesome after Gracie was born. But in the past 16 months I have really packed on the pounds. Thanks to Curves, in the past 3 months, I have already noticed what a difference the workouts have made.
I have now lost: 15 inches; 8 pounds; 10.47 pounds of body fat-- and, I am feeling great!
The picture above is from Gracie's First birthday 3-5-05, I was 236 pounds and miserable.
