The good news is Thomas got to ride in the church van tonight and Mrs. Peggy took him and all of the other Wednesday night kids for ice cream at Sweet Frog.
The bad news: this is the last Wednesday night for the kids until (possibly) next school year.
Bryce was so sweet to invite Thomas to go with him a year ago, and we have loved seeing him do all the fun things with their church and make new friends. It has been great for him (not that he is shy at all) as it really seems to be a better way for him to really absorb the Bible and all the lessons that it has to offer (I try, I really do, but some people just have a knack for making church and church lessons fun and exciting and something that sticks!)
Thank you so much Bryce for asking Thomas to come that one Wednesday, and for sharing your friends and your grandma and your church for a whole year after.
